My dog is 2 weeks old. He's not eating, moving and always sleeping and I can't take him to a vet. What should I do?

Why cant you take him to the vet! Money problem..hmm..Rather watch him starved to death, you better bring the poor guy and let the vetenerarian check him. After he got the checkup, make an arrangement with vet how you will be paying them. Most pet clinic/hospital has financial programs for their customers.
